Through working with Tony I’ve revolutionized my training and transitioned from a guy who simply knew how to swim, bike, and run, to an elite amateur and member of Team USA. With Tony’s help and guidance we structured a training program that took me from an average performer to two podium finishes at AG National Championships, qualifying for Team USA, and a podium finish at ITU World Championships.

Tony did an amazing job of picking up right where I was and tailoring my workouts at a level I was capable of. My workouts were challenging but never impossible. The workouts are varied so they never get repetitive and prevent plateaus. He kept me on my toes then entire season and got results from me that I know I never would have achieved on my own. I had never swam before but he got me through that as well.

1. MEETING

After an athlete completes a self assessment there will be a follow up meeting with the coach to discuss challenges and goals.

2. PLANNING

Goals are established, an annual training plan overview is developed and shared with you to help you have a view of the big training picture.

3. TRAINING

Customized to your needs, a training plan and daily workouts are developed and shared with you in your on-line & app training calendar.

4. TESTING

You can’t improve what you can’t measure. Using technology along with frequent field testing, your progress will be watched closely.

5. PERFORMING
